Dear Friends:

    Greetings from the 110th Congress of the United States and the 4th Congressional District of Georgia---the proud home to a diverse and vibrant   Chinese-American Community.  We wish all a hearty, healthy and Happy New Year.

    This celebration is part of a continuum that links   to an ancient and noble cultural heritage.  Starting in the Southeast U.S.,  the 2009 World Tour will be presented in over 80 cities and four continents worldwide.  Congratulations and accolades to all the sponsors, organizers and performers who bring us the Divine Performing Arts: Chinese New Year Spectacular.
